July is here and I’m getting an earlier jump on sending out my Art Update again this month because I have exhibitions coming up very soon and I want to make sure you know about them in case you can go . . .

I hope you'll join me where you can find 2 of my art works “Fallen” and “Summertime” – at Holy Grounds Coffee + Tea for the “North of the Grapevine” exhibition.  The show began on June 17th and will run until August 17th, with the Artist Reception, Sunday, July 10th 11am-3pm and I’ll be there.  Enjoy the work of a variety of artists from Central California as a coordinated exchange with Los Angeles artists showing in Fresno.  Holy Grounds Coffee + Tea is located at 5371 Alhambra Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90032 (323) 222-8884, and you can visit anytime during their regular hours Monday -Friday - 6:30am- 9pm, Saturday & Sunday - 8am- 6pm.

Then, July 30th, will be the Reception from (6pm VIP) 7-9pm for the LAAA Anniversary Art Show/Auction at Gallery 825 which will include one of my works “false pretense”.  I also plan to be in attendance and look forward to another great party.

I hope you can join me for one or more of these shows. It's always fun to see friends!

Meanwhile, you can see my 2 pieces “seeking shelter” and “hiding places” every Monday-Friday at Noon on the set of Chuck Leonard’s Central Valley Buzz - Satellite Channel 53, Comcast Channel 13, Antenna TV 7.1   - The art works are for SALE.
I also invite you to visit my Artist Member Page with the LAAA/Gallery 825 here:  http://gallery825.com/artists/i/imperatrice_a.html  or you can see my art and find out what I’m doing through my website: www.aileenimperatrice.com  as well as through regular postings on my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/aileenri
I continue my travels to LA for art business with galleries that already show my work and meeting other galleries that are interested.  I also continue as a member of an Artist Critique Group with fellow Los Angeles Art Association members meeting at various LA locations.  Sponsored by the LAAA/Gallery 825, we meet monthly to critique our work and plan for a show at an LA Gallery where a professional art critic will review our work and our show will open to the public for a reception.
Most importantly, I continue my work to sell my art, (which helps me pay bills, purchase supplies and to be able to attend art events in LA).
Please feel free to ask me about any of my work if you are interested.
And remember, I am always willing to work out payments with you.

Thanks for reading,
Aileen
