Suggestion Virus Total Chat Facility

Hi,

I want to give some suggestion there should be chat option for virus total members, so that they can discuss their problems with the VT Members

because I have seen many users that don't have skype id or any other chat messaging services.

Hello,

VirusTotal Intelligence already has a private chat feature to communicate directly with the staff. It would be unfeasible to extend this publicly as VirusTotal is a very small team in charge of a wide variety of systems. This group precisely serves that purpose, so that responses found here can be recorded publicly and serve other users of the service. Private chat conversations do not nurture back the community and so are of limited global use.
