Third Session Feedback & Next Adventure

As always, I'd like your thoughts on the session.

I liked that you proved powerful and versatile again (even if this
time your limitations showed through), and that you brewed plans and
ideas I haven't really thought of beforehand. I never considered the
simple ploy of luring the witch out with noise, for example, or
counterfeiting another letter from her to Father Janus.

What most irked me about this session was the unarmed-combat
encounter, for which I found the rules very unsatisfactory, and my own
lack of quick response with rules and stats when needed. I'm still far
from properly mastering the system, or the setting.

I think we were dragging the adventure a bit and didn't really like
the tempo, so I'm glad we came to a point where I could end the
adventure. I'm going to tie up a few loose ends in the background, off-
play, but basically we are done with this plot-line for now.

I intend the next adventure to be a bit more fast-paced, but it will
also take place in this Season. This next adventure, however, will
only involve a few of the magi so the others could use the rest of the
Season to set up their labs (or whatever else they would want to do).
If Amir and Lucas could both make it (April 11), I think it will
involve just their two magi, allowing all magi equal time to shine
this Season.
