How to receive actual characters

hello,

I am at a beginners level to use this library.I am using 433MHz transmitter, receiver for communication between two arduino UNO. I started with example sketches of transmitter and receiver available in the library for arduino.

The code run fine for but at the receiving end I got some numbers and letters instead of actual word that was supposed to be transmitted. Please have a look at the attachment.It is  what  I got receiving end and suggest some solution to print actual word.
