Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: Long term (18 Months)

Description:
Will be working on a totally new system so development will be from scratch. Have to be able to write code from scratch. Must be able to take from design sessions to writing code based on requirements. Should be able to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities and also should have the decision making skills. Right resources have potential to go permanent.

· SQL Developer- SSIS- description is everything they need, some reporting experience, writing stored procedures, any type of analytics, have to be really good with dealing with query tuning, dealing with large sets of data
· Find a candidate who has all of that, they will be a great fit
· Development experience with SQL Server 2016, writing things from scratch
Required:
· 6-8 or more years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education.
· Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
· Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
· Proficiency using versioning tools
· Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
· Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
· Flexible team player
· Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
· Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance

· Develop complex, hi-performance data cleansing SSIS packages
· Ability to write complex SQL queries
· Must possess expert programming and troubleshooting skills
· Must possess expert performance tuning skills and dynamic SQL skills
· Must be willing to jump into anyone’s code at any time to solve the problem
· Must be able to reverse engineer anyone else’s code and be able to modify it to solve the problem in a better or more efficient way
· Application programming experience in .NET .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery
· Demonstrated knowledge in XML and web services
· Versioning tools ( Rational Clear case, TFS, Subversion, GIT)
· Web services
Preferred:
· Experience using Agile methodology
· Experience with complex indexing strategies including column store indexing
· Experience with SSIS and SSRS
