Hello guys!

I really need help setting up a python virtual environment but all my attempt always gets stuck trying to run: pip install virtualenvwrapper-PowerShell on my windows 8.1 enterprise core i5 pc , which eventually prevents me from running this too: "Import-Module virtualenvwrapper" please help me resolve this issues, I would really appreciate anyone help here...
