When will the new VCMX310 cog be available?
Will there be OpenGL ES support without Linux?

I am waiting patiently because I am on a very limited budget.

The i.MX31 COG should be available in mid-July - we're just dealing with
component supply issues right now.

OpenGL is only supported via Linux or WinCE.

Dan,

Just to give some advance warning.
I want to order 6x MX31, 6x camera, 1x USB and 1x FPGA board when they
become available.
Could you give me an indication when these units could become available ?

Regards,

Peter van Lith

Would it be possible to write a driver for the MBX core for stand-only
mode? If so would anyone be interested in it? Also what version of
WinCE are you going to be using? And will the i.MX31 COG be compatible
with PC COG and other COG's? Thanks for your time, I can't wait to
get my hands on one.

To write such a driver, you would need support from the IP vendor and in
all honesty, you wouldn't get such support without paying quite a bit of
money.

We're not initially supporting WinCE but it is in our technology roadmap

More details on the i.MX31 COG to come in the next few weeks.
