Hi,

First of all, I'm very excited about your product!! I can't wait!

I'd like to make sure my understanding of what it does is correct.
Virtual Ant is not only useful for intuitively creating Ant build
files. It also speeds the execution of Ant build files by using the
VFS. You can take a build file and use Virtual Ant to run it. While
it's executing, everything is in memory. Finally, when it's done, the
end result is available for placement into the real file system. Is
this correct?

Appreciatively,
Casey

Unfortunately no. You cant actually run the script and place the
result in the real file system.
The reason for this will be very clear once you know how Virtual Ant
works. That information will be available once Virtual Ant is
released.

I have written a small faq answering some other questions about
Virtual Ant on my blog-
