The WebGL spec is currently in review with 1.0 expected later this year. But the idea of native to the browser 3D is already gathering steam. WebGL camp is a developer focused event that aims to bring together the people who are writing the spec with the those who build projects on it for some show and tell.

This informal one day event takes place at from 9-5 on Friday, June 25th, 2010 at Wallenberg Hall, Stanford University.

Registration is only $20 and now open: http://webglcamp.com/

Remote participants will be able to follow the day via a free live video stream.

What you can do:
  1. Please help me spread the word!
  2. Am still looking for presenters so help with suggestions. Remote presentation is an option.
Cheers,

Henrik

Hi Henrik,
I would be happy to share some of the worlds that were made for
SciCentr and talk about other projects during a morning presentation
time. Basically, I would talk about science-focused world projects
starting with VRML and then using Activeworlds for the past 12 years.
This would have to be a remote presentation.
Let me know :>)
Best,
Margaret
