This version mainly fixes a bug that caused problems with the database
writer plugin for non-UK/US regions.
Other fixes include:
* Reports for flights that did not transmit positions no longer
display an aircraft at co-ordinate 0/0.
* BaseStation databases of zero length no longer display an exception
once every few seconds.
* Improved report generation times for systems where the picture
folder contains thousands of aircraft.
There is also a new version of the database writer plugin. The change
is to allow the plugin to create tables in zero length database files.
