Virtual Radar Server 2.0.0 ready for download

Lots of changes but the main ones are:

1. Rewrote the web site created by the server. The old site is still available but will be removed once the new site has bedded in.

2. Added support for multiple receivers and merged feeds.

3. Added support for server compression, bundling and minifying.

4. Added support for searching sub-folders for pictures.

5. Added support for minimising to the notification tray.

6. Added support for sending and receiving compressed feeds.

7. Added support for high-DPI displays.

8. Fixed the bug whereby the wrong address was used when redirecting from the site root.
