Export ranks as spreadsheet / csv

In the previous version of vjudge, there use to be a way to export the ranks as a spreadsheet. Is that still available?

The previous export feature was not dumping a spreadsheet, but writing a table DOM into a separate tab, which is convenient to paste into Excel.

I just added back this feature.
