showing "error -" when i create contest

I always loved to make contests on this site bec it supports many sites and very good site.

But today while I was creating a new contest, when i click submit it show me this comment: 

error -

I don't know what this mean and why it shows up? i tried everything but didn't work so far?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I just made some code change in past 24 hours. 

Can you share more info of you contest creating form?
