Hi everyone,

I am continuing analysis of COVID-19 data related to racial disparities.  I have come across an interesting and important result with respect to Hispanic cases and deaths in the U.S.  I'd like to 'publish' a more thorough analysis in some format: anything from a blog post to a journal article, depending on the goals and style of the analysis.  I'm seeking some help - help to qc some of the analysis, expand it by including more data, and put it in context of what is currently out there.  Would anyone be interested to help?  I have more results than are shown in my github account (linked to from the twitter thread below) that I'd be happy to share.

For an idea of what the analysis encompasses, here is a link to the Twitter thread where I comment on it: https://twitter.com/a_konstorum/status/1263828195008294913

Thank you,
Anna

Hi Anna,
My team (around 10 people) is still active building out graphgenome.org and the Pantograph browser for sequence diversity.  I've forwarded your email to our group chat on Gitter. Many of us are academics and so contributing to a publication is definitely appealing.  https://gitter.im/graph-genome/pantograph  I'll let you know if anyone has the time to help out.

Best wishes,
Josiah Seaman
