(CUAHSI) Data Publishing Program – Registration Closes: May 1, 2026; Program: Various Dates, May 18, 2026-June 4, 2026 -- This 3-week online program is designed to help researchers with nearly finished datasets get their datasets published and shared. Participants will receive step-by-step training on best practices for preparing and publishing scientific data in HydroShare. Virginia Conservation Assistance Program (VCAP) Pollinator Yard Tour -- May 27, 2026 (9am-1pm) -- Mechanicsville, VA -- VCAP is an urban cost-share program that provides financial incentives and technical and educational assistance to property owners installing eligible Best Management Practices (BMPs) in Virginia’s participating Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs). This event will feature tours of two sites in Hanover with VCAP stormwater BMPs. Participants will learn the benefits of incorporating native plants into a property. Tools and Resources: Advancing Climate Resilient Stormwater Management – These tools and resources aim to help practitioners in the Chesapeake Bay watershed understand vulnerability, apply future rainfall projections, and implement adaptive, climate-smart stormwater design and management strategies. Feedback is appreciated on the Climate Data Decision Support Tool, Vulnerability Assessment Guide, and project website. This project is conducted by RAND in collaboration with various partners.
