The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is soliciting community feedback on strategies and actions for DEQ’s development of a statewide CCAP. This plan will focus on identifying Virginia-specific opportunities and challenges, as well as evaluating

Request for Proposals: 2025 Student Research Competitive Grant --
Submittal Deadline: February 25, 2025 (5pm)
-- Proposals are considered in all areas of water resources. Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at a Virginia institution of higher education and be the primary participant in the research. The proposal and application
materials are to be written and completed by the student. At least one faculty member acting as the main research supervisor must be included as a Co-PI. The maximum funding amount is $10,000 for one year. The anticipated start and end dates for projects
are September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, respectively. For more information, see
