(9:30am) – Fort Monroe, VA – This hearing is in regards to an application submitted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to place via hydraulic means, 162,500 cubic yards of dredged material from Quinby Creek Federal Channel maintenance project within
a historically used placement site along Upshur Bay in Accomack County. The project requires a Tidal Wetlands Permit. Learn more at
