Mark Kirk and his Outrageous Marijuana Punishment Bill

If anyone is not up to date on this bill being proposed, here is a

The act by this Congressman is poison. It's obvious a bill this
outrageous will not be passed. I'm certain, however, that the point
is not for the bill to be passed.

With Marijuana studies, anytime a study shows marijuana may have a
practical use, and low risk, some knuckle head slaps together a study
that says marijuana causes schizophrenia in children.

Apparently the same thing is true for marijuana law. Congressman
Frank and 13 other cosigners, have taken a step toward safe, and
logical marijuana policy and Mark Kirk has counter attacked with a
bill that won't pass but will spread seeds of doubt in congress. Thus
both bills will not pass. Hopefully Congress will see that Kirk's
bill is nothing but fear mongering and a desperate attempt to keep
marijuana laws outdated and unjust.

I think we all know that Mark Kirk is an idiot, but we have a ton of
this kind of mentality here at home as well.
