The below link takes you to a document that a Virginia judge and assistant attorney general wrote about the problems with collecting child support.  You can use this link and state some fact from it why HB933 will be bad when you communicate with the Senate courts of justice.  One example is that this document states half of the fathers who do not pay child support cannot because they are “dead-broke.”  HB933 will only increase more “dead-broke” fathers clogging up the courts and jails of the commonwealth because HB933 does this or that.  An example is the minimum child support payment is $500 a month before it was $65.
