The closeout meeting for the Virginia Association of USAB LBC 12 will
be held Saturday 17 December 2011. This is a FYI notice only. Hard
copy announcements will be mailed out to all registered clubs by Mr.
Greg Roberts, LBC Secretary by Friday. The meeting will be most
likely
held at the normal place and time but Mr. Jerry Royster's new
building
maybe ready for us to use and we will have the answer by Friday.
All LBC officer and committee chair positions have come to term and
will be elected and appointed at this meeting. A nominations
committee
is being formed now and any members in good standing may run for the
positions of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and
chief
of officials. Any member in good standing may submit their name for
consideration of appointment as tournament chairman, junior Olympic
chairman, registration chairman and parliamentarian. Any questions
