To the VA LBC No.12 members, please read this document in its
entirety. The most important aspect is to understand the requirements
for proof of citizenship that must be provided at the nationals.
All participants must also provide valid proof of U.S. citizenship
(birth certificate, U.S. Passport, etc.).
Citizenship Required: Citizenship is required of all athlete
participants in the tournament. Permanent residency is no longer
sufficient. Birth certificates and/or citizenship are required in
order to compete. All athletes must bring an original certified birth
certificate or proof of citizenship to registration. (i.e. valid
government issued passport)
