cassandra-rest upgraded to 1.2.1

I just merged a pull request to upgrade cassandra-rest to 1.2.1.

IMPORTANT:  This uses a snapshot version of cassandra-mapreduce. 

(from which it inherits the version of cassandra)

Master now also has an upgraded version of snappy-java.

Given the emphasis on triggers in:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-1311

I removed the triggers dependency / functionality from Virgil.

(please shout if you were using it)

We could also remove the map/reduce functionality if no-one is using it, and focus entirely on the REST capabilities.
