Viril by default return 20 items. How to get the whole list?

Sorry. Right now, it is a hard cap of 20.  

CassandraStorage, line 258:

        KeyRange keyRange = new KeyRange(MAX_ROWS);

We should probably add a parameter to the REST API to allow the client to specify maxRows.  I'll create an issue for it.
