Where to download the latest Virgil release with all along with all the dependencies

Hi All

I could not find a place from where I could download the latest Virgil release with all the dependencies. The releases posted on github do not have ./lib folder.

The releases posed on code.google.com is very old 0.11 version. I was able to get 0.11 working but looks like it is somewhat buggy. It does not accept integers as partition key and throws error while trying to fetch records.
