Getting picture from the log

Hi Friends,
first of all sorry for being writing in English.

I have a question about Virdi's SDK

we have an application written in VB6 that handle TA devices of Virdi FP 

every thing is fine, except that we need now to get picture of the employee from the log. received either in EventRealTimeAccessLog or in EventGetAccessLog

we need your help 

is there any advice?
