english.lib error

to Visual IRC
I have loaded VIRC and the update however when i launch virc it says
that the english.lib is invalid. Hoping that virc is better than MIRC
for DCC sends as it never works.
What can i do to fix this error or should i stay with mirc?
All help appreciated.
