Hello everyone, I have a question about the open run pro by shocks headset. On this particular one that I have, you can hear it on both sides. But the left side seems to come out a bit stronger.
When I unlock my phone sometimes the VoiceOver part goes away and when I move my finger back-and-forth across the phone, I am not getting any audible sounds PS capital letters the VoiceOver audio does not come through the hands.

I'd suggest checking you have them evenly set in your ears so you're not getting more sound from one than the other,

This can be a common issue when you don't sit any headphoens correctly.

I am definitely checking the headphones to make sure that that I am wearing them properly.
The big problem with me is that sometimes when I start working with the phone and start trying to read what’s on the screen, VoiceOver isn’t coming through the headset. I turned the headset off And voiceover is coming through on my phone. But when I turn the headset back on voiceover is not coming through and all that happens when I move my finger across the screen is I feel something that kind of clicks or I hear a little click.
By the way, I am writing the latest version of iOS 18.

With the headphones not giving you vo,
Have you checked that the volume for voiceover is turned up

Not the volume when the headphones aren't on, but there is a feature for volume in the rotor that turns up the volume when you're wearing headphones,

Check that also.

I checked the settings in VoiceOver and couldn’t find a volume for the headphones. Do you have to have the headphones turned on and then do the router to see if the volume for the headphones is there? It just seems like when VoiceOver quit working for me the volume for the headphones is turned all the way down And I can’t find a way to turn it back up. The headphones volume doesn’t work and I haven’t found anything in the settings for the rotor to add volume for the headphones.

I thought that was a model that requirf the Shokz app to control the volume.

Matter of fact, I do have the model of the shocks headphones that uses the shocks app. I guess what I have to do is have the shocks app turned on and turn on the headphones with the shocks app and try to control it that way. I couldn’t find a volume for headphones in the settings for the router. I actually looked in the settings twice and wasn’t able to find the volume for headphones.
PS
I am running the latest version of iOS 18.

I have never, ever, seen a rotor item for headphones.

I've been using Apple devices since 2009.

There is no rotor for headphones,

There is however an item for volume which can control the volume of vo while using headphones.
