Mark you need to move the group to something else. If you don’t you will lose members that is the bottom line. There was nothing posted that should’ve caused it to be flagged. More over if there was why weren’t you given notice what they were and given a chance to correct the situation? Time to move from Google groups.

Hey Mark,
I’m so sorry to hear you’re still feeling under the weather, but hopefully you’ll be doing better soon. It’s an awful time to be hit with anything. My household is already under attack.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the list on Google. Who knows why they’re doing what they’re doing. One minute things go well with anything Google, then something hits a snag in one spot, and the domino effect continues. Or should it be more aptly called the Wack-a-mole effect?
Please let me know if I can be of any help.
As far as the issue with your iPad and whether this issue was specifically an iOS 18 issue, I don’t recall seeing this as being one I personally ran into. It’s not to say others didn’t experience the issue with contacts’ names not showing up on reboot of the device, just that I didn’t run into this myself. I’ve been using iOS, iPad OS, and Watch OS latest public releases, and I am doing public beta testing, but that’s info for the beta list.

Hello Mark,
Sorry to hear that you've been under the weather.
Are you at liberty to tell the list if emails that were sent to
it were treated as spamn by Googlegroups? Google is well capable
of not letting emails go out, and having them go out first before
deciding that they are spam emails, is a bad look, and if it
happened, bad policy.
(I know that Google withholds emails from being redistributed if
its spam filters (Or filters as you would've set them for your
group) scores them as spam or potential spam.
As an owner of a Googlegroup, I guess I'm lucky that the number
of spam emails sent there has never been so large that
Googlegroups suspended it, - so it hasn't happened. (The group is
called VIBISTRO - Vision Impaired / Blind, Ireland, Satelllite
Television and Radio Online. There have been some SPAM messages,
but just a couple that got through due to my naivety or
inadvertence. I banned the offending senders. The Rest,
Googlegroups let me decide the messages' fates.)
Are the 9 to 5 Mac content emails ok to send?, i.e., could they be potential violators of Google's terms? (They are pretty good reading, but you'd know how policies implemented by machine servers can go awry of realness.)
As for moving to Groups.io, I believe that there is a limit to the amount of members a free list can have there, before it has to be paid for. (That is my understanding, based on what a friend has told me.) However, it is true that running a Googlegroup isn't the easiest way to set up and run an email list these days.
I hope everything is sorted soon.
Flor.
