I have iPhone 12pro latest IOS.

Well, that all depends on what type of video call you want to make. There are different apps, and different reasons, for making video calls. FaceTime comes with your iPhone, but that will only put you in touch with other Apple device owners. WhatsApp can be used to video call across platforms. Aira and Be My Eyes will let you video call volunteers or paid agents for help (visual assistance).

Tap on the FaceTime button that'll make a video call. Or if you're not wanting to use that app, let us know what app you're wanting to use and will assist.
