Bookmarking in Kindle app

Hi folk,

firstly thanks to mMark for replyint to me and for the invitation to join this new group.

I see in settings on the app something about bookmarks but I'm not sure how as it doesn't appear to explain.

I don't normally use this feature, thus someone who does may have more information, but I did take a look at it just now. With a book open, double tap with one finger on the screen to bring up the menu. Then flick to the right several times with one finger, going past the book name when flicking in my case, and then find something that says add bookmark and double tap on that.
