I know while researching you might have come across various online methods to run GarageBand on a Windows PC. However, some procedures might turn out to be too complicated to follow, whereas others are unsafe and unreliable. The best way to install and run this app on a windows PC is by VMWare, it is the method I recommend the most and personally use, there is no lag and then exports are easier and much faster.
If you have basic knowledge of windows, you must know there are two leading companies for window-PC processor: intel and AMD, AMD is where the processors comes by the name of Ryzen, if you see the recent ryzen, that processor is a BEAST! To anyone planning to build a PC, I say go for RYZEN-9 3950x what a beast you will have for almost anything or everything you do, my friend:

I hope you are well. The current market is currently very tricky so I am giving time out to my hobbies and learning to make music and compose my own tracks. Can you please help me in the new macOS version in CATALINA, I am using garageband for windows version on windows 10 right now.

is there a way to effectively use Garageband 10 on two screens? What I have been actually trying to do for the past hours is splitting the GB-window so I can put some extra windows (which contains for example the instrument library, the smart controls or effects) on an extra monitor.
The advantage is that you stay in one window and show/hide additional windows in so-called window panes on an as-needed basis (automatically resizing the available space inside the Main Window). This keeps the screen from cluttering and you don't have to move and resize window. It also has to advantage to use and stay in the Full Screen mode as long as possible.
This concept works best on a single monitor. The problem is that you can't brake-off individual panes as standalone windows to drag to a second monitor. Logic has more of a hybrid system that allows you to work in a single window but also open some windows (not all) as a standalone windows. GarageBand doesn't allow that. However there are still some windows that are not part of the Main Window (Musical Keyboard, Plugin Windows, etc) that you can drag to your second monitor. Better than nothing.
Thank you. This issue could be interesting for more people. I was wondering if there is a way to contact apple's garageband support in order to integrate such thing in future updates? Do you know some contacts or something?
There is not and never will be a GarageBand for windows, but there are quite a few other DAWs that are sort of similar if you look around, depending on what you want. Don't download anything that tells you it is GarageBand for windows!
Nothing is going to be quite the same as GB, but remember Cakewalk has had over a decade to change, so I doubt it is the same. But it is free so easy to try. I would mention I haven't used it, I use logic and garageband, but I watched the 'first 10 minutes with cakewalk' video and it doesn't seem that tricky, compared to my memory of getting used to reaper (that I have used).
I'd like to add also this thing called n-track. I used that back in the 90s! They're still going and of course grew with the times. I used it a couple of years ago when I wanted to use a tablet/mobile phone to do some recording while on the move, there's android, mac and windows versions. It's probably the simplest but still nice to use multitrack recording software I've come across.
Thanks @Felainum1977 , I will do it.

Making your own beat is one of the difficult tasks. You have to come up with everything your own self. After many trials and errors, a unique beat is created. Garageband for windows has made this easier and less time-consuming. It gives you all the beat sequencers.
Is there any software for windows which can perform live audio modification during recording. I have a samson go usb mic but still records are a bit lacking in terms of the professional audio quality like a hint of a reverb etc.
I know garage band for Mac has ability to have these effects in real time to your audio. Any software for windows or other alternative to have that high bass cool sounding audio for podcasts/screencasts.
Then select your virtual instrument and double click it to get the instrument editing panel. Select Digital Basic from the Instrument generator, now you should be able to play the instrument on the keyboard found under the windows menu.
