The sheriff's office said Joseph Dombrowsky, 49, told detectives he didn't know how the bags got in the child's backpack. Authorities said Dombrowsky used meth and ecstasy last weekend and has previously been arrested for drug trafficking.
"Mr Kelly drove to the sheriff's office and handed detectives a clear, crystal-like substance wrapped in aluminium foil. The substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine, the drug Mr Kelly intended to purchase."
The sheriff's office said the substance field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed roughly 17.6 grams. Used syringes, one which has a yellow liquid that tested positive for Fentanyl, were also located per the sheriff's office.
The couple also allegedly tested positive for marijuana and alcohol more than 17 hours after the party and Joel tested positive for methamphetamine, the sheriff's department said, according to FOX 13.
Kelly drove down to the police station and handed over the clear, crystallized substance for offices to test, and tests showed it was meth, according to the Facebook post. He was arrested and charged with possession and booked into the Putnam County Jail.
Barbara Ray, 73, of Polk County, told the staff at the doctor's office that she had been taking meth for about a month, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office. She said she brought the drugs with her so that she and "her meth" could be tested to make sure all was well.
Several weeks after Rushing's arrest, the lab reports came back showing no trace of methamphetamines or any other types of illegal substances. He has now hired a lawyer, and plans to sue the city because he was arrested for no reason at all. (Orlando police said that the arrest was lawful.)
I was sitting a parked car in the passenger seat of a vehicle with the car keys in my lap. while the driver was inside an apartment. I fell asleep, and I woke up to police. They pulled me out and searched. I had nothing on me but they found "7 or 8" OZ of heroin or meth, a lot of both, 100's of oxy's, 7 g of pot. That's all I heard them say they found. They asked questions about the driver, I answered honestly but I only knew his nickname. The license plate didn't come back to him, but his nickname came back to him. They showed me a picture and I identified it as him. An officer used his phone to record me under oath stating it was him, and took his PH#. Afterwards, I was released and the driver was not located.
Could they have arrested me then, and could they arrest me in the future? Could I be a suspect? Is this sufficient for a wiretap warrant on me?
