After a lengthy due diligence process, we selected Rent Manager several years ago. We operate 101 parks with it. We think it is the superior system, but both are fine. Yardi is a third option, but it is very expensive and, we think, probably overkill.

Part of the decision will also involve how- or if- you delegate. My managers can view the tenants, see if they paid, print late lists, print invoices and late statements. If you use excel and quickbooks, the only person that can do that is your home office- unless your going to use a networked version of quickbooks and give your manager a set of keys. Which I would never do.The program we use allows us to dial up or down the managers ability to see or modify data depending on the managers role. Every time the program is logged out of- it creates a system wide backup file. Thus- we are only our last users log out from restored data. We also use quickbooks and excel- but to track the big picture items. We do not try to make the programs work, when there are great solutions for managing properties and tenants which the other programs were not designed. For me it is like writing this in the forum. I use a computer and keyboard. Not my tablet that has no keyboard, and not my phone with the tiny keys. I use the right tool for the right job. Just my 2 cents- keep the change.
Hydrox Park is an aquatic location in Splittsboro, made for it's aquatic citizens. It is a giant cube of water, which takes up a sizable quadrant of the city. Finn lives here. Boats are able to sail on top of the cube. A controversial element of the park is that it allows fisherman to use the park, to capture the citizens, without running into any legal or ethical trouble. Hydrox Park first appeared in "Exchange Student from the Black Lagoon".
Hidalgo ISD, Hidalgo Park Elementary implemented the teacher sidekick program where 4th and 5th grade students help lower level teachers in the classroom. The goal is to expose the students to different learning opportunities throughout the day.
This school year, Hidalgo Park Elementary theme is Superhero and the teacher sidekicks go above and beyond and use a cape and mask to enhance their role in the classroom with the younger students. The teacher sidekicks help in a small group setting and help the students with reading, math, and sight words. The teacher sidekicks that participate should have good grades, have finished their work and have good behavior.

These two recent encounters with Mater got me thinking about how all the great Disney characters have a best friend, a sidekick who often adds fun to a scene and helps the main character through a plotline of challenges. Where would Flynn Rider be without his rule-abiding horse, Maximus? Or Aladdin without wish-granting, joke-cracking Genie?
Sidekicks make the stories great! So many honorable mentions, but I think my favorite is Mushu. He cracks me up. Maybe a Disney Sidekick Pin set would be fun (chasers could be their heroes or heroines). What do you think?
There are lots of great sidekicks out there. My favorite will always be Launchpad McQuack (DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, and TaleSpin). No other sidekick appeared in as many different shows as he did. Always loyal and steady, with a fabulous optimistic outlook on life, he was there for his pals every time.
Meeko, Abu, Timone, Pumba, Zazu, and Rafiki! I am a huge sidekick fan and my cats are all name after these characters. Currently have Rafiki, Timone, and Zazu. I lost Pumba this winter. Still miss his sweet face!
i love all of them when grew up with them and hearing walt disney himself and hosting special and saturday and sunday movies for kids. i miss that movie at night with disney. i wish i can go down there and see all people and thank them for being here and keepour spirits alive and our dream that it can come true.

The BlackBerry may rule the office park, but the Sidekick rules the skate park. The updated Sidekick, aimed at adolescents and above, offers a full keyboard along with e-mail and instant messaging capabilities that rival some higher-end Smartphones.
The phone has a slide-out keyboard, like the rest of the Sidekick line, but is an inch shorter and a bit thinner than the current Sidekick LX. The new model has a two-megapixel camera, video capture and playback, as well as support for Bluetooth audio playback in stereo.

Clearly all of these customization and media features prove that the Sidekick is a gateway to more businesslike messaging.
