Shirts!
So do you guys want it with the EAE logo or without? Now that I've seen it with, I'm leaning towards without. Let Rachel know ASAP!

I reworked the quote and they are coming in now at $13. If you can send it out to your team and get approval that would be amazing. I'd need it by tomorrow afternoon to get the shirts back by E3. :)

Thanks!

Hi ya! Coupla' quick updates:

  • You can have headphones at the E3 booth, that's fine
  • The kiosk is lockable as well, you'll get a key when you arrive.
  • They can't add exhibitor privileges to existing industry badges, so perhaps Zeph should take the laptops since he can get in to do the set up.

I've priced out the shirts using an online service, they come out to be $11.45/each with a quantity of 15. The artwork is the vinyl logo art on the front of the shirt, would you like something more to be on there? Let me know if you'd like me to proceed with the order. If I order them this week we will have them for E3.

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions or problems. :)

I vote no logo. Or at least on the front. Maybe have it on the sleeve? I think it might be cool to put a call to action on the back of the shirt. Maybe the website link, the Facebook link or the Desura link. What do you guys think?

Cody likes it with EAE logo. I am either way.

Sherls and Cody from future :)

I like it without the logo. Looks less like an advertisement and more like a game shirt I think.

I'm not sure we can print anything on the back with the quoted price, but if we can, maybe something like Find us on Desura or something like that. A link might be a bit unwieldy for the back of a shirt.

I vote we do that but without the available now. And if you want I can buy them and have people pay me.

New versions! I wasn't able to get the EAE logo on the sleeve, it bumped the price to over $20. This version is $16.33/shirt. Speaking of pricing, how am I paying for these?

Sorry I'm not super communicative. I'm working from 9-6 so I don't have easy access to email during that time. I think we can go ahead and do the game logo on the front and the school logo in white on the sleeve unless it adds a lot to the cost. Thanks again for working on this!

You can certainly have that. It will make the price go up a bit, but I'll work up the text and see how much it alters it.

By the way, I'm just using Custom Ink for this job since it was so difficult to get the Cyber Heist shirts done. It's a dead simple site if you want to check it out.

Hi Rachel,

The team has reached a consensus that we would like the shirt without the EAE logo underneath, and we were wondering if there was any possibility to print something on the back, such as "Find Vinyl on Desura" with a link or something like that?

Thanks!

Don't really think we need the available now, but whatever.  Looks good!
