Vinyl representative

Hi team and professors.

        I just want to say that I am super super proud of our game and please give me this precious opportunity to go E3 as one of  Vinyl representatives~  Yeah.. I am so excited.

       The reason I sent this e-mail is that I already plan to leave USA on September. So I hope it could become a such wonderful memory ending for my two years' adventure on here.

        

       (I hope it's not a rude act on western culture O(∩_∩)O~）

How many of us get to go and who can and can't?  I'd like to, but I won't be sure of the details of if I'll be able to probably for a couple weeks.  Are any profs planning on going?

Well Mike and JJ are already going, so I imagine they wouldn't count towards our person limit assuming there is one (since I imagine that's them not wanting to provide a bunch of passes).  I'm certainly interested, I sent an e-mail to my boss asking if I'd be able to take PTO that soon after starting and expect to hear back on Monday.

Roger will be on his honeymoon.  I was considering going.  We have ten passes but I don't know that I can afford to send ten people in terms of the money for expenses.  

As I said.  Anyone that wants to go let us know and I'll see how much budget I can find and we can spread that around.

I'd really like to attend since I didn't make it to GDC this year. I just have to wait and hear if my work schedule allows it. Do we know if we got exhibitor passes or attendee passes?

We have 10 tickets so everyone get one. EAE highly possible can't afford to pay 10 people travel expense. If everyone OK with sharing the cost with EAE, I believe we can send whoever interested and want to go.

Cody any I can't go and we are thinking to offer our ticket to Jake and Chris. If none of the faculty want to use it. If Jake/Chris want to use ours, they will of course pay their own travel expense. We just offer the ticket. Let me know if anyone object this.

We'd just have to make sure E3 doesn't mind.  Might just be me, but I can't see them being thrilled about us giving out free passes to people not on the team.
