Subject: E3 College Game Competition Award Presentation
All – Thanks so very much for all your work and assistance in helping make this year’s E3 College Game Competition a success. We are incredibly proud that you all are joining us and hope you and your teams are excited to join the industry in Los Angeles next week.
While I know everyone has been working with your students and teams to ensure coverage of your title during show hours, we do ask that everyone be present on Thursday, June 12, at 10:30AM (Pacific) for the award presentation. The ESA’s CEO, Mike Gallagher, will make a few remarks and then will announce the winner and present the winning team with their trophy.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to help ensure you and your students have a great experience at the show.
Talk to everyone soon –
Dan

Where should we be present? Just on the floor at the booth?
