Orca Firefox Nav Keys

Orca has keys for navigating by item, list, paragraph, checkbox, button,
combo, separator, heading (specify number), and probably more. Check
bindings in preferences or Orca's documentation before saying it doesn't
do 'x'.

If you press ctrl+insert+space while Firefox and Orca is running you
can see the Firefox specific Orca keybindings on the keybindings page.
