Yes Kali is accessible. It is also secure which means every service you
want to use you will have to turn on first.
The espeak stuff is on kali but in order to use it systemctl enable
espeakup.service as root first. Orca starts if you start it in the
standard way. I didn't do this kind of work for the Navy so can't
answer the rest of your questions but know someone who can. Write me
privately off this list for that contact unless you register for the
course and get your certification in the usual way.
