using vinux for security audit

hi all.
my boss has told me to do a security penetration to check how secure
our email server is.
so what tools should i use?
can i use vinux for this project?
please give me names of tools and how to use them.
i am new in linux but know how to use the terminal and run apps.

You're better off using Kali.

is Kali accessible?
and what are the tools i should use and how to use them.
he has asked me to see if it can be easily hacked, to see if the

Yes Kali is accessible. It is also secure which means every service you
want to use you will have to turn on first.
The espeak stuff is on kali but in order to use it systemctl enable
espeakup.service as root first. Orca starts if you start it in the
standard way. I didn't do this kind of work for the Navy so can't
answer the rest of your questions but know someone who can. Write me
privately off this list for that contact unless you register for the
course and get your certification in the usual way.
