Was just going to say thanks off-list, but it's been a while since this was posted and there are new folks on the list who may enjoy the read.
I enjoyed what was all and all a pretty thoughtful and well written take on the differences in accessibility between the two OSs; and the usage pattern was certainly well with in that of a typical blind smart phone user I think.
To be fair however, I have heard some folks who own and use or at least have owned and used both droid and I devices point out some very possitive features available for android that are completely off the table for IOS, and others that are where Appple is at least a release behind. As I still have mostly only used $20 phones that make phone calls I can't weigh in...lol., but it seems that few honest folk would say that android is clearly all around a better accessibility choice. They seem to fall in to the camps of android is just too hard and or lacking something really important to me, or those who say one wins here, the other there. I'm obfviously ignoring Apple fanboys and girls and the fanatical FOS croud.
Thanks again for the post, and Marcos is worth checking every couple months if not more often anyway/I've been lax this last season or so.
Peace.
