thunderbird on nightly images

The same old ugly lack of sync between message that appears in list,
e.g. inbox contents and actual message are seemingly the same reliably
so far, but the from field will often say something else.
This is much better/safer than having a different msg shown in folder
contents list than msg body, but still scary. I've been mostly running a
severaly months old nightly build on a couple other distros, and had a
nightly for a bit on vinux4. I
Anyway, it hardly matters what works somewhere else if it does not here
and visa versa.
Are others having issues with t-bird like I describe? Is this just with
current build of thunderbird, or has then continued over the last months
and years for that matter since I mostly stopped using t-bird with Vinux
because of the syncing problems?
