List of Accessible Programs

Do we have on a web page a list of programs that our users have found to be accessible and having the features that they need in Vinux?

Another way of asking is:

Do we have a list of programs that are installed in Vinux?

What I want to do is make an installation of GNOME 3.0 but NOT using the standard configuration which has some applications that our users do not like, or rather, they prefer another application, say for chat or music playing, ripping, etc.
