cleaning the bottler

i just bottled my malbec with my wine maker neighbor, aside from turning the whole affair into a tasting party, he gave me some special "soap" for cleaning things. i used it on the bottler and it was very effective! i suggest that after  using the bottler we always wash with it and rinse 2 times and of course one more rinse prior to bottling. the compound is sodium percarbonate, available at oak barrel.

remember cleanliness is next to dionysiusness!
