Depending on how far North (closer to Sutter/Volcano Road or maybe Shake Ridge) or East (closer to Climax). Either way not too far from Lagunita.

just had a very interesting interaction with a viognier that was in my fridge. i was cooking jaeger sauce and needed a wine but tasting it first, to make sure it hadn't gone bad, i discovered it had a wonderful bouquet of vanilla. ????? this wasn't even near french oak. any way if you have some 13 viognier try it!!!!!!

Mmmmm... loved that '13 Viognier (had that nice malo in the barrel).
Haven't had it in a while, only have about a case left, been holding.

Yes, that was in the barrel. That what kept me trying the SvB in the barrel, but I don't think SvB likes being in a barrel. On to 100% stainless!!!
Ironic that so much of what I read describes SvB as an easy beginner wine. We have concurred many other harder styles, but cannot seem to get it right with the raining wheel wine.
