Ok. We just finished up the 2011 PS and I have to say I was wrong and it was good! The decanter really helped.

are they fizzy or do they contain a chemical that feels like fizz in the mouth?

i guess a way to tell is to open one and let it sit a day. i haven't ben very impressed with the ps11 either.
