Mandatory Skills: AS400, RPG, iSeries, PBAR

Job Description:

*     Candidate should have experience of more than 5 Years +.

*     Working as a Team Lead for the onshore operations team.

*     Having overall responsibility for PBAR operations application from onshore/offshore and making sure that all deliverables meet customer expectations and requirements.

*     Collaborating with other teams and coordinating with the client for any queries and meeting any project needs.

*     Identifying training needs for the team and mapping them to the goals set for the project/individual team members.

*     Organizing technical/functional training for the team and new hires in the AS/400 group.

*     Maintaining quality documents as per the company QMS.

*     Training and mentoring team members on understanding various business processes and technology.

*     Handling multiple projects in parallel.
