Job Description:

Required skills:

• 5+ years experience as a business analyst across a variety of software or cloud projects
• (5+ years) Expert ability in information and requirements gathering, requirements documentation
• (5+ years) Ability to take general requirements and pursue independently with business partners, and technology partners to gather enough detail to form a project scope document
• (5+ years) Translation of complex business needs to define technology and service requirements to simplify and ease the customer journey
• (5+ years) Ability to evaluate technical documentation and determine scope and requirements for story gathering, including any peripheral or connected system/software dependencies
• (5+ years) Worked with Agile methodologies and all stages of project and software lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to partner with Offering Managers, Architects, Developers, and cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to identify high-level solutions and options for the business and present them to stakeholders 
• Assists Project Manager in identifying and managing risks, and issues, and helps the team in resolving questions related to the requirements
• Works on various internal agreement documents and charts as needed or required

Preferred skills:

• Familiar with ITIL and service management practices
• Familiar with a variety of Agile and Service tools, JIRA, Github, Service Now, AHA
