JOB DESCRIPTION

* Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to lead discussions and projects with customer

* Good experience with RedHat Linux support in Enterprise Datacenter Environment

* Good understanding of on-prim to cloud migration concepts

* Good experience in Ansible for automation

* Experience in writing Ansible playbooks for environment provisioning and configuration changes

* Good experience with Docker and Docker Swarm

* Understanding of GitHub and managing documents

* Understanding of MySQL

* Required to learn and understand CA API Gateway & Portal environment

* Good understanding of ITIL and Agile processes and concepts

* Linux servers build, upgrade & patching

* Linux package management using yum and rpm

* Support daily operations to Linux/Unix servers such as capacity management, performance monitoring, provisioning, and network systems connectivity

* Understanding of Linux user administration and Sudo rule configuration

* Create and modify Linux shell scripting to automate tasks and integrate solutions

* Willing to learn and work on customized tools and technologies present in the environment

* Willing to work in 24x7 multi-shift support environment

* Meeting SLA for all the requests
