Job Description:

SKILLS :

1. Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of IMS DB/DC and related products

2. Sound knowledge in SMPE

3. Familiarity with problem determination, security, and performance tuning.

4. Usage of IMS performance reports/metrics to analyze improvements.

5. Good experience with software maintenance.

Essential Knowledge :

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting
• Vendor coordination & ticket coordination
• Business knowledge, Application team coordination

Desirable :

• Experience in supporting PROD environments.
