Moving between vimewiki tabs?

opens a new tab [inthe same window]

but how do I move back to the original window i was in??

The tabs are not at all special to Vimwiki, these are the regular tabs Vim offers. You move between them using the key combos gt and gT. Type :help tabpage for more info about Vim's tab features.
