Does Vim Touch have a shell

I read that VimTouch is an editor only but may get features than depend on a shell. My question is a shell available for VimTouch yet? Perhaps through "VimTouch Full Runtime"?

I'm want to get things such Python4Android to work in it and I need a shell to export paths with preferable bash so I can put a .bashrc in $HOME. If not can you give any tips on taking a existing bash shell (eg. Bash from Terminal IDE) to work with VimTouch?

Never mind I found out about Vim's system variables feature. Though I still might try to change the shell to bash If I can find some advantage to it.
